Conferences and meetings
Hamilton Performing Arts Centre is the major venue for large scale conferences in the Southern Grampians region. It is easy to see why – the venue is located in the centre of town with ample, free parking nearby, the main auditorium can seat up to 500 delegates in tiered seating where everyone can see and hear what is going on, there is full technical support for the audio visual equipment with large drop down screen and surround sound and the adjacent Function Room is ideal for displays and meal breaks.
If you are planning a smaller conference, the Function Room is suitable for up to about 250 delegates. It is equipped with easy to operate audio visual equipment with large drop down screen and surround sound.
For smaller meetings and training seminars, the Ted Kenna VC Room is the best choice. It accommodates about 35 people in boardroom style or up to 100 for short lecture style meetings.
We can arrange catering to suit your needs for all events, whether large or small. All venues are heated and air conditioned and have easy access for loading items in and out of the building.
