Hamilton Performing Arts Centre is offering Gift Cards! You can select a physical Gift Card that comes in a folded HPAC greeting card, or an eGift Card that is electronically emailed to your inbox.
HPAC Gift Cards entitle the lucky holder to credit towards tickets for any HPAC show or for refreshments from our bar/cafe.
They can be redeemed online at www.hamiltonpac.com.au, over the phone on 03 5573 0429, or in person at 113 Brown St, Hamilton.
Your Gift Card can be used as partial or full payment on a transaction. To check the card balance, contact us; info@hamiltonpac.com.au / 03 5573 0429.
– To use your Gift Card online, simply add the items you want to your basket on our website, and enter the Voucher Number at check-out under ‘redeem voucher’.
– To redeem over the phone, have your card ready to read out the Voucher Number.
– To redeem in person just hand it to our friendly team and we’ll sort the rest!
We know how disappointing it is to find an expired Gift Card, so we’ve given you a lifetime to use the credit!
You don’t need to spend your Gift Card total balance in one transaction- any remaining balance remains available to spend whenever you’re ready.
The card can’t be used at other Performing Arts Centres or any other Southern Grampians Shire Council services and isn’t redeemable for cash.
Unfortunately we’re unable to replace lost or stolen cards. Please let us know about any damaged cards and we’ll see what we can do!
Yes – you may load additional credit onto a Gift Card once yours is spent, and they are recyclable – please drop them back into us or recycle in your plastics recycling!

Yes – buy your Gift Card, select either delivery option and in your confirmation email you can click on the link provided to let us know who you want it sent to and your special message. You can choose to send either a digital Gift Card or a physical Gift Card. There will be a small charge to cover the postage to your lucky recipient.
Your Gift Card will come in a simple landscape DL greeting card, posted to your physical address for you to gift wrap as you wish.
Gift Cards sent directly to the recipient via the additional step in your confirmation email will come in a slightly snazzier envelope!
Alternatively, you can select to receive an eGift Card, ready to email to your recipient with your own message at no extra charge.
eGift Cards will be sent to the purchaser’s email address automatically after payment has been made. Hurrah!
Physical Gift Cards will be printed and sent within 2 business days to your address using Australia Post standard delivery. Destinations within Victoria we anticipate will be delivered to within 3-5 working days – check the Australia Post website for service updates or delays.
If you choose to forward the Gift Card directly to the recipient’s mailbox using the link in your confirmation email, the Gift Card will be sent within 2 business days of the form being completed, if all details have been submitted accurately.
Yes! We can accept gift card purchases from any country that uses Visa or Mastercard. Your payment currency will be converted to AUD by your provider, and you will cover any conversion/service fees.
